Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select Outfinder, and change or cancel it there. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
I bought Premium but it's not showing up
Open Outfinder, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the Apple Account you purchased with.
Where are my clothes and looks stored?
On your device. Outfinder doesn't keep your wardrobe on a server, so uninstalling removes your saved garments and looks. See the Privacy Policy.
The garment detection got something wrong
Automated detection isn't perfect. Retake the photo, adjust the cut-out, or edit the garment before saving. Better lighting and a plain background help.
