Terms of Use

Effective date: 1 June 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Outfinder app (the “Application”) provided by Alejandro Camps (the “Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

The Service Provider grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Application except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Outfinder offers an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features:

3. One-time purchases

The Application may also offer non-subscription in-app purchases (for example, extraction packs). These are charged at confirmation and do not renew automatically.

4. Payments, cancellation, and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not handle payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Cancellations and refunds are managed through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple's policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Application only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse it or interfere with its operation.

6. Intellectual property

The Application, its design, and its content are owned by the Service Provider. Color combination data is derived from Sanzo Wada's A Dictionary of Color Combinations. Photos you capture or import remain yours and are processed only as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Color suggestions are guidance, not professional styling advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. Nothing limits your non-waivable consumer rights.

9. Apple as a third-party beneficiary

This agreement is concluded between you and the Service Provider only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

10. Changes

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time, posting changes on this page with a new effective date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
